Complimentary worldwide shipping applies to all orders, with all customs, duty fees, and taxes fully covered by us. Once an order is placed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations; customers are responsible for selecting the correct piece and size before checkout.

In the rare event that an object arrives defective or transit-damaged, please contact kuovex@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, clear photographs of the defect, and photos of the original exterior packaging displaying the shipping label. An unboxing video is strongly recommended to expedite verification. Upon studio review, we will arrange a complimentary replacement. Delays during transit are beyond our direct control, but our studio remains available to assist with any carrier-related inquiries.
